It just felt kind of cheap. I wasn’t expecting luxury or anything, but come on, there’s a difference between affordable and feeling like it might fall apart after a few uses. The materials, the finish, the whole vibe just didn’t feel as nice as I hoped...

I’ve bought from Rudis quite a few times, i always wanted to keep supporting them. Even when the prices started creeping up, I told myself it was worth it because I liked the brand. But this last order left me feeling disappointed, then kind of angry, because it felt like all that repeat business meant nothing.

I wasn’t expecting some huge special treatment, just a little effort or even a simple acknowledgment that I’ve been a regular customer. Instead, it felt cold and careless. I’m sad to say it, but I’m done spending my money there.

I got my rudis order today, and as far as I can tell, everything was exactly right. The sizes matched, the items were all there, and I didn’t notice any mix-ups. So yeah, I’m happy with it.

My order showed up packed really nicely and everything looked clean, no dents or messed up stuff. The box was in good shape too. It did take me a minte to get it open lol, but overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered my usual size from Rudis, but the fit was nothing like I expected. The shoulders were tight, and then the body was weirdly long, so you put it on and it just feels off right away. I even checked the size chart before ordering, which made it more frustrating. This didn’t feel like a small sizing difference, it felt totally wrong.
